Terms and conditions
1. APPLICABLE LEGAL REGULATION
These General Conditions are subject to the provisions of the consolidated text of the Federal Consumer Protection Law, General Law of Credit Titles and Operations, Federal Civil Code, Electronic Commerce Law and the Value Added Tax Law, for which which establishes the general provisions necessary to facilitate the freedom of establishment and provision of tourist services, the regulation of responsible declaration, and the simplification of administrative procedures in tourism matters.
These General Conditions will be incorporated into all travel contracts whose purpose is the tourist services contained in the itinerary and bind the parties, with the particular conditions agreed upon in the contract or that appear in the travel documentation provided simultaneously to the subscription of the contract.

2. ORGANIZATION
Yeiya Travel and all its associates will be considered “Organizers”, acting as a mediator of tourist services, as well as those operators represented by it.
It is considered that the trip will begin on the date and place in which the services provided by the Organizer begin.

3. RESERVATION
Registration for a trip will be formalized with the amount stipulated in each trip as a reservation. In the event that the operator requires other amounts or even full payment in advance, Yeiya Travel will request these amounts from the traveler. Once the travel contract is formalized, the remaining amounts will be requested, including airport taxes if applicable and all types of extras contracted before the trip departure.
Both the information shown on the website, as well as that which may appear in brochures or other advertising elements, should be considered provisional. If the total price of the trip is not paid under the conditions indicated, it will be understood that the traveler withdraws from the requested trip, and the conditions provided in the corresponding section of these general conditions will apply. In the event that before the conclusion of the contract the Organizer finds it impossible to provide any of the services requested by the traveler and that significantly affect the development of the trip, the traveler may withdraw from his request, recovering exclusively the amounts advance, if any. All refunds that are applicable for any reason will always be formalized through the agency, and no refund will be made for services not voluntarily used by the traveler.

3.1 Personalized designs for the traveler
• Upon receiving a request for advice from the client, Yeiya Travel will contact the client through any of the means provided by the client for this purpose.
• The company will deliver a travel sketch, according to the characteristics of the trip requested by the client, free of charge and without any additional charge.
• The request for this travel sketch does not commit the client to purchasing the travel consultancy, unless they consider it appropriate.
• The company reserves the right not to consider requests for advice that the company will carry out the final design of the trip.
• Once the final design is delivered to the client, they may ask the company to review it until they have the final design.
• Yeiyá Travel will charge an extra fee for the reservation service.
• Cancellations of the advisory service are not allowed once payment for the final design has been made, unless due to duly justified causes of force majeure, for which the client must notify Yeiyá Travel within a period of 15 (fifteen) business days from the event that causes it, providing the necessary documentation to justify the cancellation request.

4. PRICE
The trip organizer reserves the right to modify the trip price up to 15 business days before departure as a result of changes in the cost of fuel, taxes, fees or tourist surcharges at ports and airports, as well as applicable exchange rates.

If the price increase that is communicated to you exceeds 8% of the trip price, you may, within a period of no more than 48 hours from its notification, accept the proposed change or terminate the contract without penalty.
Likewise, you will have the right to a reduction in the price in relation to the eventual reduction in costs, taxes, indicated surcharges or applicable exchange rates, which occur until the beginning of the trip.
The price of the trip includes everything specified in the INCLUDES section of the program and technical sheet of the trip and the current VAT in the cases that must be applied.

The trip price does not include:
​
– Visas, plane tickets and airport taxes (unless otherwise specified), entry and exit taxes, vaccination certificates, “extras” such as coffees, wines, liqueurs, mineral waters, special diets. Nor, in the case of full board or half board, unless expressly agreed in the contract otherwise, washing and ironing clothes, optional hotel services, and, in general, any other service that does not expressly appear in the section INCLUDES of the trip Technical Sheet.

– Excursions or optional visits. In the case of optional excursions or visits not originally contracted, it must be kept in mind that they are not part of the travel contract and are governed by their own terms and conditions.

– If the traveler contracts other visits, excursions or any other activity at the destination, we inform you that we are not responsible for their information and execution, since it must be kept in mind that they will not form part of the travel contract.

– Tips that the traveler pays at the destination for contracted services are not part of the trip price.

4.1 Special offers.
When the trip is contracted as a result of special, last-minute or equivalent offers, at a price different from that expressed on the website, the services included in the price are only those that are specified in detail in the offer, even when said offer makes reference to any of the programs described on the website, provided that said reference is made for the exclusive purposes of general information about the destination.
The prices of trips advertised on any platform owned by Yeiyá Travel are based on the exchange rates, taxes, fees, transportation rates and fuel costs applicable on the date of publication of the program/brochure or web publication. Yeiyá Travel reserves the right to modify the trip price up to 15 business days before departure as a result of changes in the cost of fuel, taxes, fees or tourist surcharges at ports and airports, as well as applicable exchange rates.

When purchasing certain services and/or products, you may choose the option of paying in full the specified price, interest-free months or payment at destination; The first option can be carried out in a range of 3 to 12 months and will be subject to participating cards issued exclusively in Mexico. Interest-free month promotions are subject to change without prior notice, for more information ask an advisor. For questions regarding the payment method at destination, you can refer to the rates published on the site www.yeiyatravel.com. They are quoted in different types of currencies. In the case of any type of currency other than Mexican pesos, the amount shown is informative. According to the exchange rate established by Yeiyá Travel at that time, the transaction amount will be charged to your card in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transaction. Please take into account that the amount that will appear on your credit card payment receipt may vary by up to 3% (three percent) due to international fluctuations in bank currency exchange rates. Yeiyá Travel is not responsible for such fluctuation. You acknowledge having been informed of the exchange rate fluctuation and agree to the corresponding charge in Mexican pesos.

If you require a tax invoice, you must request it from the agent assigned to your reservation or from yeiya.travel@gmail.com the same month in which you made your payment. It is worth mentioning that for tax reasons the invoices will be prepared after generating the corresponding payment.

5. MODIFICATIONS BY THE ORGANIZER

Minimum number of people:
Carrying out the trip requires the participation of a minimum of people (including the organizers who will accompany the group during the trip). If this minimum is not reached, the agency has the right to cancel the trip.
If before the departure of the trip, the organizer is forced to significantly alter any of the essential elements of the trip, he must notify the traveler immediately. In such a way that said traveler has the option to cancel the contracted trip or accept the new proposed conditions. The traveler must communicate the decision they make to the organizer within 72 hours of being notified of the modification. In the event that the traveler does not notify his decision in the indicated terms, it will be understood that he accepts the modifications offered by the organizer.

If during the trip, the Tourist Service Provider cannot offer any of the contracted services, an attempt will be made to find a service with similar characteristics. If the traveler continues with the solutions given by the organizer, it will be considered that he or she tacitly accepts said proposals.

In no case will the cancellation of an activity imply the return of a sum greater than the mere cost of the activity itself. If the weather, safety conditions or any unforeseen event or cause of force majeure is the reason that does not allow said activity to be carried out, the company will not have to make any refunds.

In the event that the traveler voluntarily chooses not to carry out any activity, the company must not refund any amount in any case. The routes described in the programs may be altered at the discretion of the Tourist Service Provider, according to weather forecasts or other organizational or security reasons without the need for prior communication to the traveler. The Tourist Service Provider who accompanies the group is responsible for the safety of all participants and the instructions given must be accepted. If the traveler has any significant physical or medical problem, allergy or food intolerance, they must indicate this prior to the experience in order to act correctly if medical assistance or first aid is necessary. Yeiyá Travel cannot guarantee that the hotels, means of transportation and other services included in the trip are adapted for people with reduced mobility or disabilities, and both the Tourist Service Provider and Yeiyá Travel and its associates are exonerated from any liability that may arise. of a non-compliance or defective performance, in the provision of services included in the trip and that has this cause as its origin.
In cases where the organizer conditions, and expressly specifies, the viability of the travel offer to have a minimum number of travelers and if that number is not reached, the cancellation of the trip occurs, the traveler will have the exclusive right to a refund of the total of the price or advance amounts, without being able to claim any amount as compensation, as long as it has been notified in writing at least 15 business days in advance of the planned start date of the trip.
Weather conditions, infrastructure and limited capacity at some destinations may result in transportation delays, leading to interruptions, limitations or itinerary changes. This could result in additional expenses regarding food, accommodation and/or transportation, not included in the program. These expenses are entirely the responsibility of the traveler. The operator cannot assume any responsibility, financial or of any kind, due to these changes.

6. CANCELLATIONS/MODIFICATIONS BY THE TRAVELER AND/OR CANCELLATION OF THE TRIP
The traveler must be informed prior to confirming the reservation that, in accordance with current legislation regulating private insurance, they have the possibility of contracting insurance that covers cancellation costs as well as repatriation or transfer costs to the place. of origin, in the event of an accident, illness or death. There are cancellation costs that affect the trip program and are specified below:
When canceling a trip, you must take into account that there are certain expenses on the part of Yeiyá Travel for payments to suppliers that in most cases may be non-refundable, such as commissions for transactions, payments for certain accommodations, excursions. or issuance of air tickets.
In case of cancellation, the traveler must notify it in writing and in such case will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid until then, subtracting 20% for transaction and management fees, provided that the cancellation is made known in writing. at least 15 business days before the start of the trip. After that date, the traveler waives any type of refund.
In the event that the traveler does not show up for the trip, at the agreed point, agreed time or with the necessary documentation, the entire contract will be lost without the right to a refund.

The traveler may transfer their reservation to a third person, requesting it in writing at least 15 business days in advance of the start date of the trip, unless the parties agree on a shorter period in the contract. The assignee will have to meet the same requirements as the assignor, generally required for the trip, and both will be jointly and severally liable to Yeiyá Travel for the payment, the price of the trip and the justified additional expenses of the assignment, which will be communicated in advance.
In those cases of seat transfer in which the air ticket has been issued and notified to the traveler, Yeiyá Travel will not be obliged to face the costs of changing the ticket holder or a new purchase of air services. The joint and several parties to the transfer must face the issuance of the new air tickets.
-Reserve modification​

Any change and/or modification requested by travelers once the reservation process has started (compliant or not) will incur management costs of 17% of the total in national currency per traveler.
Non-compliance with payments.
If payment for the trip is not made after the deadline set in the contract, Yeiyá Travel will have the power to unilaterally cancel the reservation. This breach of the contractual commitment would result in the aforementioned immediate cancellation without the traveler having the right to a refund of the payment made for the reservation.

7. CANCELLATIONS BY THE TOURIST SERVICES PROVIDER: FORTUOUS EVENT OR CAUSE OF FORCE MAJEURE
The Tourist Service Provider may cancel the departure of a trip due to unforeseen events or causes of force majeure, which would be all those situations beyond the control of the organizer and that could make it impossible to carry out the route despite having acted with due diligence. In these cases, the traveler will not be entitled to any compensation.
It will be the decision of the Tourist Services Provider whether to offer them a new date to carry out the activities or not.
8. OBLIGATION OF THE CONSUMER TO REPORT ANY NON-COMPLIANCE IN THE EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT
The traveler is obliged to report any non-compliance in the execution of the contract to Yeiyá Travel, as stated in the travel documentation.
In the event that the proposed solutions are not satisfactory for the traveler, they will have a period of 15 days, counting from the day the trip ended, to complain to Yeiyá Travel. In reciprocity, the Tourist Services Provider must respond formally within two weeks of receipt, using the same means.
Hotels do not accept claims once the property has been abandoned, so the traveler is advised to write to the property about any non-compliance or poor performance on site, before checking out.

9. RESPONSIBILITY
Yeiyá Travel will be liable to the traveler based on the obligations that correspond to them due to their respective field of trip management, the correct fulfillment of the obligations derived from the contract, regardless of whether these must be executed by themselves or other service providers, and without prejudice to the right of the organizers to act against said service providers. The Tourist Service Providers state that they assume the functions of organizing and executing the trip. The Tourist Service Providers will be liable for damages suffered by the traveler as a result of the lack of execution or poor execution of the contract.

Said responsibility will cease when any of the following circumstances occur:
1. That the defects observed in the execution of the contract are attributable to the traveler.
2. That said defects are attributable to a third party unrelated to the provision of the services provided for in the contract and are of an unpredictable or insurmountable nature.
3. That the aforementioned defects are due to reasons of force majeure, understood as those circumstances beyond the control of the person who invokes them, abnormal and unforeseeable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided, despite having acted with due diligence.
4. That the defects are due to an event that the organizer, despite having taken all the necessary diligence, could not foresee or overcome, and there is sufficient cause.
However, in cases of exclusion of liability due to any of the circumstances provided for in numbers 2, 3 and 4, Yeiyá Travel will be obliged to provide the necessary assistance to the consumer who is in difficulty.
Regarding the limit of compensation for damages resulting from non-compliance or poor execution of the services included in the trip, the provisions of the current regulations applicable in this matter will apply. Regarding non-physical damages, these must be proven by the consumer.
In no case is Yeiyá Travel responsible for accommodation, subsistence, transportation and other expenses that arise as a result of delays in departures or returns of means of transportation due to force majeure.
When the trip is made by any means of land transportation contracted by the organizing agency directly or indirectly, in the event of an accident, the traveler must present the pertinent claim against the transport entity in order to safeguard, where appropriate, the insurance compensation. of this, being assisted and advised free of charge in his efforts by Yeiyá Travel.
Responsibilities of the Airline Companies: the passenger carrying his corresponding air ticket, as of 02/17/05, may directly demand that the airline that transports him comply with its obligations in the event of overbooking, serious delays, loss of luggage, etc., in accordance with Regulations (EC) numbers 889/2002 and 261/2004.
Yeiyá Travel and the Tourist Service Providers are responsible for the correct execution of all travel services included in the contract and are obliged to provide assistance if the traveler is in difficulty in accordance with the provisions of the general conditions of the contract.

10. DELIMITATION OF TRAVEL SERVICES
– Air travel: the presentation at the airport will be made at least two hours before the official departure time, and in any case the specific recommendations indicated in the travel documentation provided when signing the contract will be strictly followed.
When contracting individual services, it is recommended that the traveler check the flight departure times 48 hours in advance.
– Hotels and other accommodation: the quality and content of the services provided by the Hotel will be determined by the official tourist category, if any, assigned by the competent body of your country. The usual check-in and check-out times at hotels depend on the first and last service that the traveler is going to use. As a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed in the contract, the rooms may be used from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
When the contracted service does not include the permanent accompaniment of a guide and in the event that the traveler plans to arrive at the reserved hotel on dates or times other than those mentioned, it is advisable, to avoid problems and misinterpretations, to communicate such information as far in advance as possible. circumstance to Yeiyá Travel, or to the hotel directly. The accommodation service will imply that the room is available on the corresponding night, understood to be provided regardless of whether, due to circumstances specific to the trip, the check-in time occurs later than initially planned.
In certain cases and due to the early time of a transfer to the airport or vice versa, it is possible that the breakfast, lunch or dinner service cannot be used on the day of said transfer, which will not give rise to a refund.
The nights or extra services contracted that involve accommodation services will not include transfers, these being at the expense of the traveler. The traveler will also be responsible for the tourist taxes of the corresponding city or place in each case.
The Tourist Services Provider informs the Tourist that the accommodation service will be provided in one of the establishments indicated in the program/offer or in another of the same category and area, and that the circuit itinerary may be developed according to any of the following: the options indicated in the program/offer. In the previous cases, if the traveler accepts said formula prior to the conclusion of the contract, said lack of definition will not imply a modification of it.
– Vehicles: on the circuits, the vehicles may vary in their characteristics depending on the number of participants. If a sufficient number of travelers are not reached on any departure, it is possible that a vehicle with a smaller capacity than originally planned will be used. In any case, the design, structure, comfort and safety of the transport vehicle may not adapt to Mexican norms and standards, but to those specific to the country of destination of the trip.
11. PASSPORTS, VISAS AND DOCUMENTATION
All travelers, without exception (minors included), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, be it the INE passport or D.N.I. according to the laws of the country or countries visited. It will be at their expense, when travel requires it, to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc.
If the granting of visas is rejected by any Authority, due to reasons particular to the traveler, or entry into the country is denied due to lack of the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or for not being a bearer of the Likewise, the organizing agency declines all responsibility for events of this nature, and any expenses incurred will be borne by the traveler, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal of services. All travelers, and especially those with nationality other than Mexican, are also reminded that they must ensure, before starting the trip, that they have met all the applicable rules and requirements regarding visas in order to be able to enter Mexico without problems. all the countries that are going to be visited. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority.
Regardless of the information given, the traveler is informed that it is his or her responsibility to have, prior to the start of the trip and in sufficient time, the documentation that allows him or her to visit the destination or transit places.
People with nationality other than Mexican must consult their respective embassies or consulates about the documentation requirements and other formalities that must be completed to make the trip.
The traveler was informed of the documentation necessary to carry out this trip, this being the exclusive responsibility of the traveler. Likewise, the traveler declares that he has been informed of where he can find the necessary information regarding health requirements and vaccines necessary to carry out this trip.
The traveler declares that he has been informed of the situation and requirements of the country/countries that are the object of his trip and that he knows, therefore, the characteristics and possible risks of all kinds of the country/countries of the destination.
12. LUGGAGE
The traveler's luggage and other personal belongings are not the object of the Travel Contract, it being understood that they are transported by the traveler himself and at his full expense and risk. The agency is not obliged to respond to any type of incident or its consequences related to luggage. Transportation companies (air, sea, river, land, railway, etc.) may respond to the traveler in accordance with the clauses of the Contract of Transportation that constitutes the ticket.
Contract that is established exclusively between said Company and the traveler, and to which Yeiyá Travel is unrelated. If your checked luggage is lost or arrives damaged, fill out the P.I.R. (luggage damage part) before leaving the airport. Likewise, in hotels, they will be responsible, in accordance with their specific rules, for any incident related to luggage and belongings that occurs during the period of accommodation there. All travelers are recommended to be present during all loading and handling of their luggage, and to make the appropriate claim to the transport companies or the hotel when they observe any deficiency, damage or disappearance of their belongings.
13. INFORMATION THAT YEIYÁ TRAVEL MUST PROVIDE TO THE CONSUMER
The consumer is informed that at the time of formalizing the contract they must receive from Yeiyá Travel the relevant information on the specific documentation necessary for the chosen trip, as well as advice on the optional subscription of insurance that covers cancellation and travel costs. /or assistance insurance that covers repatriation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death; and information on the probable risks involved in the destination and the contracted trip.

14. CLAIMS AND ACTIONS DERIVED FROM THE CONTRACT
The Travel Contract is governed by what is agreed by the parties, what is established by these General Conditions.
Possible consumer claims for lack of execution or poor execution of the contract must be made in writing directly or through Yeiyá Travel within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the day the trip ended via email. yeiyá.travel@gmail.com. Yeiyá Travel undertakes to respond to them within 15 business days of receipt, giving the pertinent explanations.
In the case of claims through administrative channels, they must be processed by the Administration freely chosen by the user.
Lack of conformity:
During the trip, the traveler must report any lack of conformity in the provision of services to correct it if possible and/or establish control measures.

15. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In compliance with the law that protects personal data is the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these. data, Yeiyá Travel and the Tourist undertake to respect and comply with current regulations on this matter.

16. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION
The parties that contract under these general contracting conditions submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the traveler's domicile or the domicile of Yeiyá Travel, at the Tourist's choice, to resolve any discrepancies or claims that arise from the interpretation or execution of the contract. Tourist Services contract and these general conditions.
17. MORE INFORMATION
Yeiyá Travel understands that the traveler is aware of the effort that a trip of this nature can entail, which is mostly done by land, on roads and paths that are often in poor condition, and may present difficulties and be exposed to setbacks. and adversities, such as: poor nutritional variety, adverse weather, breakdowns and various difficult and extreme situations, where fatigue and physical and moral discouragement can be present, both during road trip sections, walks on foot, and water trips. , on horseback or other means, as well as during the development of the general activity.
Tourists traveling with minors assume responsibility for them.
Yeiyá Travel, assumes that the traveler is aware that he is voluntarily participating in a national or foreign trip with characteristics different from his country of origin, traveling and visiting remote, remote, exotic and/or tropical areas with structure and organization, to all levels, different from what you may be used to in your usual life. Yeiyá Travel understands, therefore, that the traveler is aware of the risks they may run, such as, among others: forces of nature, diseases, accidents, poor living and hygienic conditions, in some circumstances, terrorism, crime and other attacks. The traveler knowing that he or she may not have access to rapid evacuation or adequate or complete medical assistance. Yeiyá Travel assumes that the traveler is aware that, when traveling and visiting remote, exotic and/or tropical areas, there may be endemic diseases other than those in the traveler's country of origin for which it is necessary to apply prophylactic treatments. under the responsibility of the Tourist himself.
It is important for the Tourist to assume that in a group and adventure trip, good coexistence, positive attitude and tolerance among the members that make up the group and in the face of setbacks and difficulties that may arise, are very important for the smooth running. and success of the trip, warning that these coexistence problems may arise. The traveler must be aware and assume that in this type of trip circumstances may arise that imply variations in the itineraries, in the activities, at any time and place due to circumstances that Yeiyá Travel cannot foresee, motivated by the peculiar characteristics of the type of trip. and place in which they operate.
Yeiyá Travel declines all responsibility in situations in which the traveler's actions are classified as irresponsible.
Yeiyá Travel understands that the traveler voluntarily accepts all possible risks and adverse circumstances based on everything stated above, exempting Yeiyá Travel and any of its members or employees from all liability, except as established by law, for any event. or circumstance that occurs during the trip or expedition due to the peculiar characteristics of the areas where it takes place since situations may occur that are beyond the control of the trip organization.
Yeiyá Travel informs that the Government of Mexico warns of the dangers of traveling to many countries in the world, among which some of the destinations on our Digital Platform may be included. Yeiyá Travel carefully chooses only the most qualified and prestigious Tourist Service Providers to provide the best service and quality, however Yeiyá Travel cannot assume any responsibility with clients for acts or omissions on the part of the Tourist Service Providers, in virtue that he has no control over his actions. However, Yeiyá Travel will support the Tourist in any fault or poor operation by the Tourist Service Providers in the Tourist Services contracted through our website; managing cancellations, changes to the reservation, returns and any matter related to the contracted trip.
Yeiyá Travel does not ensure any of these returns or cancellations since it depends on the policies of the Tourist Service Providers, which are managed independently by them.
You release Yeiyá Travel and its associates from any liability for any failure or lack of compliance on the part of the Tourist Service Providers or direct suppliers of tourist services, including without limitation any failure or compliance on the part of airlines, hotels, suppliers and in general about any failure or lack of compliance on the part of all those tourist services that are provided directly by one or several suppliers and not directly by Yeiyá Travel.

In the event that the Tourist Service Provider fails to perform any of its services, for which payment has already been made, the sole recourse for reimbursement must be processed directly with the provider who failed to provide its services, to unless the previous failure is caused directly by Yeiyá Travel. Yeiyá Travel assumes no liability to you and you release Yeiyá Travel from all liability for acts, omissions or any type of complaint or dissatisfaction arising from the services provided by the direct service providers advertised on this website, by virtue of which Yeiyá Travel has no control or legal relationship over its personnel, equipment, operations or assets.

Likewise, Yeiyá Travel will not be responsible and you release this site from all liability regarding:
1. The veracity of the photographs shown on the website, since they are only representative and do not guarantee that upon arrival everything will be exactly the same as it is seen and/or the site describes.
2. The star category assigned to the services, as they are based on the interpretation of Yeiyá Travel and/or the service providers and may differ from the categories reported elsewhere.

4. Any type of failure on your part to obtain the documentation required for your trip such as, but not limited to, passports, visas, certificates, etc.
5. Any failure on your part to follow travel instructions including, but not limited to, airport departure times, hotel check-in and check-out times and dates, and coupon redemption policies.
6. The terms and conditions and/or policies of the direct service providers. Yeiyá Travel will not assume any responsibility and you release this agency from all liability, as well as from any claim, cost, expense or loss that you may suffer, including any personal injury or injury to third parties, accidents or death, damage to personal belongings, loss of amusement, anger, disappointment, anguish or frustration, whether mental or physical.

Despite the constant updating of the website, there is a remote possibility that the validity of some prices has expired or comes from information incorrectly provided by the service providers. You declare under oath of truth, appearing by your own personal right, that you are a natural or legal person, of legal age, capable, and with sufficient means or with economic capacity and interest in acquiring the intermediation and reservation services that here are specified, and to do so you use the Yeiyá Travel site (www.yeiyatravel.com) which functions solely as an intermediary between you and the Tourist Service Providers.

Yeiyá Travel declares to be a natural person duly constituted in accordance with Mexican laws. That it is registered with the Treasury authorities with the Federal Taxpayer Registry. That its corporate purpose consists of the power to: act as an intermediary for the reservation of spaces in means of transportation; serve as an intermediary between tourists and transport service providers of any kind; reserve rooms and other related services for tourists in hotels and lodging establishments and provide tourists with reservation services for tourist attraction sites.
You represent, regardless of your country of origin, that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as to be responsible for the legal obligations incurred by the use of this site. You understand that you will be financially and legally responsible for all your use of this website and those who use it using your information to enter it.
